Moisander joins SV Werder

SV Werder Bremen have completed the signing of Niklas Moisander. The Finland centre back joins Viktor Skripnik’s side from Serie A outfit Sampdoria. It’s now official! Fallou Diagne is moving to SV Werder Bremen with immediate effect. The 26-year-old Senegalese player joins from French first division side Rennes and signs a contract until 30.06.2019. Sporting director Frank Baumann confirmed the news on Friday afternoon.

Skripnik's contract extended

SV Werder have agreed an early contract extension with Viktor Skripnik.
