After Felix Agu tested positive for the coronavirus, Tahith Chong was categorized as somebody in close contact with Agu and therefore entered a 14-day quarantine at home, following the regulations of the Bremen health authority. Chong has now been allowed to leave quarantine early. The quarantine was initially imposed as Agu was symptomless at the time of his positive test, meaning that his contacts had to be traced back over a longer period of 7 days. Chong and Agu shared a room for the away trip to Freiburg, meaning that the winger was categorised as a close contact of Agu.
