Robin Dutt...
... about course of the match: "It was the expected difficult match but I think we did a very orderly job. The pitch conditions were more like ice skating. I was happy that we kept up the tempo and run of play despite the pitch conditions and the many substitutions."
... the debut of Izet Hajrovic: "Izet played with a lot of motivation. You could tell that he doesn't know all of our running patterns but he struck some very good set pieces. One of them led to a goal."
... the state of preparations: "The difference from last year is that we haven't lost a match yet. These successful experiences improve the mood in the team. It's really incredible how good the guys are playing despite the many hard sessions."
Izet Hajrovic ...
... about his first match in Werder kit: "It was a nice feeling to be on the pitch with the new teammates. Of course I don't know all the running patterns but the players made it very easy for me."
... about the style of play of SV Werder: "We have a superb offensive game, I like that and it fits with my style of play. I will get used to it quickly."
