Werder Bremen will face off against Bayern Munich Saturday afternoon in a top showdown. The match against the reigning German champions kicks off at 3:30 p.m. with the Green-Whites looking to stop Bayern's 39-match undefeated streak. Werder coach Robin Dutt has an idea how his team can beat Bayern. "If we want to get anything against Bayern, then the 11 players who start the match will need to run for their sporting lives from the first minute on," said the coach.

WERDER.DE as always put together the most important facts about the match:

Did you know ...

... that Werder have not won in their last 11 matches against Bayern? From the last 11 matches against the record champions, Werder have collected three draws and eight defeats. Bremen's last victory dates back to March 2009 in the Munich Allianz Arena when the Green-Whites won sensationally 5-2.

... that Bayern have not lost any of their last 25 road matches? The record is 26 Bundesliga matches without a defeat. Bayern set the record themselves between 1985 and 1987. This season, Freiburg and Bayer Leverkusen have both collected 1-1 draws at home against Munich.

... that Bayern are the best passing team in Europe? Looking at the list of best-passing teams in Europe, Bayern are number one with 88.8 percent of their passes connecting. Barcelona are second with 88.5 percent.

... what Robin Dutt thinks of Bayern Munich? "Bayern will lose another game some time. We are the only team this weekend that can get it done. It's more or less certain that they will win the championship but it's possible that they lose another match this weekend. That's why we need to concentrate on Saturday on ourselves. This will require us to play in our best form."
