But Werder are only worried about one thing - they want to spite the statistics and collect points in the Bavarian state capital!

WERDER.DE documents the statistical dominance of the hosts.

... that Bayern have the best defence among all the teams in the top five European leagues? No club has conceded fewer than 10 goals in the first 22 Bundesliga matches. Manual Neuer has only had to reach behind him seven times this season. No other club can match their average of 0.32 goals conceded per game.

... that Munich have suffered more losses against Bremen than against any other team? Bayern have lost 26 matches and conceded 116 goals against Werder. In addition, Bayern have only won one of their last six Bundesliga matches against Bremen at home with four draws and one defeat.

... that the Bayern loan Nils Petersen is Werder's top scorer? Petersen leads Bremen's scoring list with 11 goals and has scored braces in two of his last three matches. WERDER.DE had an extensive interview with the striker ahead of his return to the Allianz Arena.
