There were four "new" faces for the spectators on the training grounds of Weser Stadium Tuesday afternoon. In addition to the return of Tom Trybull, three players from youth teams were also on board. U23 offensive talent Martin Kobylanski as well as first-timers U23 keeper Florian Urbainski and U19 striker Florian Grillitsch were able to train with the professionals. Zlatko Junuzovic meanwhile remained out with an injury.
The 20-year-old Trybull was back at team training for the first time since heading out injured at the training camp in Blankenheim. The midfielder has been out since then with a bone stress reaction in his foot. "Tom took part in team training operations for the first time again today. He was only kept out of tackling situations. In the next couple weeks he will gather match experience with the U23s so that he could be an option again over the course of October," said head coach Robin Dutt after Tuesday's session.
The coach also must continue to do without Junuzovic. "We cannot plan on having Zladdi this week yet. That could look differently in the next couple weeks," said Dutt. The Austrian international suffered a stress reaction in his foot during the national team break.
