The weeks of truth continue as Werder Bremen face off against Hannover 96 on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. in a battle for important points in relegation fight.
"We need a good plan on Sunday. We need to be prepared for a lot of twists. We will need to have a strong mentality," said head coach Robin Dutt at the official press conference Friday afternoon. Zlatko Junuzovic said it will depend on having the right attitude for the match, adding: "There will be a fight for every inch. We have to give our all."
Definitely out of the Hannover 96 game will be Aleksandar Ignjovski, who also missed the VfL Wolfsburg match, as well as Felix Kroos. That means Dutt will have to restructure his team for the contest.
Back in team training, however, is Santiago Garcia. The Argentinean returned from his partial right knee ligament tear to complete parts of the team training Friday. It's unclear if he can be an option for the match on Sunday.
