Werder's start to the training week was full of positivity and momentum. Head coach Thomas Schaaf and his team went through another unusual measure on a training-free Monday.

The Green-Whites continued to work on their team spirit on the grounds of the Sebaldsbrücker Schlosspark as the players went through various team competitions under the motto "Games without borders". "I am very satisfied. The team took on the measures positively and were full of enthusiasm," said Schaaf.

Schaaf and company will be back to usual training on Tuesday with the first session of the week on the Weser Stadium training grounds at 10 a.m.
