+++ Robin Dutt kept his word: After the end of the triathlon, the Werder coach promised his players a reward. And Dutt is fulfilling that promise on Saturday. Instead of training, the players will have the afternoon off - so that Fritz, Prödl and Co. can recharge their batteries ahead of the test against Athletic Bilbao (Live on WERDER.TV). It's not only a reward for the motivated performance in the triathlon but also for the extraordinary good training showings. +++

+++ Move to Aschau: The rainfall of the last few days didn't really do the grounds at Zell am Ziller that good. Due to heavy footing, the coaching staff decided to move Friday's afternoon training to Aschau located four kilometres away. "We decided to take this step to have better training grounds," said Dutt. +++

+++ Skripnik getting Ailton fit: The big game is getting closer and closer. On Saturday 6 September 2014 at 4 p.m., the farewell match for Ailton will take place at Weser Stadium. In order to get fit for the match, Ailton is working out in Werder's U23 training - under the watchful eye of former teammate Viktor Skripnik. And the Brazilian is really working hard to get in good shape. "This training of course is a good preparation for my farewell match. The guys have really welcomed me and it's been fun," said the former Bundesliga scoring champion.+++

+++ The somewhat different training camp: From Friday to Monday, SV Werder is organising a sponsors trip to Zillertal. The 25 participants will have interesting workshops to attend as part of an attractive side program. In addition to sporting activities like cycling, golf and fishing, the trip also includes tickets for the Werder test match against Athletic Bilbao.+++
