The German Football Association (DFL) on Wednesday set the exact schedule for the first four match days of the second half - match days 18 to 21. Werder Bremen will play the first two home matches of the new year against Hertha Berlin and Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday at 3:30 p.m.

The third home match of the season's second half against FC Augsburg will take place on Saturday 14 February 2015 at 3:30 p.m. On the 19th match day, the Green-Whites will play at 1899 Hoffenheim with an evening match on Wednesday 8 February 2015 at 8 p.m.

18th match day: Sun. 01 February 2015, 3:30 p.m.: Werder Bremen - Hertha Berlin

19th match day: Wed. 04 February 2015, 8:00 p.m.: TSG 1899 Hoffenheim - Werder Bremen

20th match day: Sun. 08 February 2015, 3:30 p.m.: Werder Bremen - Bayer 04 Leverkusen

21st match day: Sat. 14 February 2015, 3:30 p.m.: Werder Bremen - FC Augsburg
