The German Football League (DFL) set on Monday the exact schedule for the Bundesliga match days 31 to 34. Werder Bremen will finish off the 2013-14 season by playing four times on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

It starts on Saturday 19 April 2014 with a home match at 3:30 p.m. against 1899 Hoffenheim. A week later, the Green-Whites face off against Bayern Munich on 26 April before the final home match of the season against Hertha Berlin on 3 May. The final match day has Werder playing at Bayer Leverkusen on 10 May.

31st match day: Sat. 19 April 2014, 3:30 p.m.: Werder Bremen - 1899 Hoffenheim

32nd match day: Sat. 26 April 2014, 3:30 p.m.: Bayern Munich - Werder Bremen

33rd match day: Sat. 3 May 2014, 3:30 p.m.: Werder Bremen - Hertha Berlin

34th match day: Sat. 10 May 2014, 3:30 p.m.: Bayer Leverkusen - Werder Bremen
