There could hardly be a more attractive start to the 2007/2008 season. In the Premiere-League-Cup, last seasons final competitors will clash at the quarter final stage this time around.

There could hardly be a more attractive start to the 2007/2008 season. In the Premiere-League-Cup, last seasons final competitors will clash at the quarter final stage this time around. On Saturday, 21.07.2007, at 6pm in Dusseldorf’s LTU Arena, the title holders Werder Bremen will take on FC Bayern Munich. The winner of the game will then travel to Stuttgart on Wednesday, 25.07.2007 to play the league winners, VfB Stuttgart, in the semi-final.

 

The second semi quarter final will also be played at the LTU Arena on Saturday, 21.07.2007 at 3:30pm between league runners-up FC Schalke 04 and second division champions Karlsruher SC. The winner of that game will have a semi final date on Tuesday, 24.07.2007 with DFB Cup winners 1. FC Nuremberg. The final will take place in Leipzig on Saturday, 28.07.2007.
