The Swedish national side had their first open training session at the Werder trainings facilities on Sunday morning and football fans from north Germany took the chance to get a look at one of the World Cup's top teams in action. Those who made the pilgrimage to Pitch 11 would have had the opportunity to see super-stars such as Champions League winner from FC Barcelona Henrik Larsson, Arsenal's Freddie Ljungberg and Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Juventus Turin.
The Swedish side, who arrived in Bremen on Saturday, were greeted on the airport tarmac by Werders Under 10 side. Around 300 fans were at the airport to cheer on the Swedes before they made their way to the Bremer Park Hotel.
