Werder Announce Pre-Season Training Plan In Schruns, Austria

Werder Bremen have extended their 2005/2006 pre-season plans. The Green-Whites will partake in an intensive July trainings camp from 16.07 until 22.07 at Montafon in Austrias Schurns with the side taking up quarters at the 'Löwen Hotel'. A series of friendlies are planned in Austria but an exact programme is as yet unclear.

06.07.2005: Training camp begin on Norderney

 

09.07.2005, 6:30pm: Friendly : Werder Bremen - SV Niederkassel 1920 (BetandWin Supermatch 2005 on Nrderney)

 

12.07.2005: End of training camp on Norderney

 

12.07.2005, 6:30pm: Friendly : SV Meppen - Werder Bremen (in Meppen)

 

15.07.20057pm: Friendly : Energie Cottbus - Werder Bremen (in Cottbus) and subsequent transfare to Schruns, Austria

 

16.07.2005: Training camp begins in Schruns

 

22.07.2005: End of training camp in Schruns and subsequent move to League-Cup destination in Düsseldorf

 

23.07.2005, 3:30pm: PREMIERE-league cup semi-final: Werder Bremen vs. Bayer Leverkusen (Arena AufSchalke)

 

(possibly) 27.07.2005, 8:30pm: PREMIERE-league cup final : FC Schalke 04 vs. winner Werder/Leverkusen

 

30.07.2005, 3:30pm: Friendly : Hansa Rostock vs. Werder Bremen (Ostsee stadium)

 

31.07.2005 , 11am - 3pm: 'Day of the Fans' Weser stadium in Bremen

 

(possibly) 02.08.2005, 8:30pm: PREMIERE-league cup, final at the Zentral stadium, Leipzig

 

05/06.07.2005: First match day of the 2005/2006 Bundesliga season
