Werder Bremen successfully stepped up for their fans. For Werder’s away Champions League match in Milan, Inter charged different entrance prices for away fans than home fans – against UEFA rules. And after efforts by Werder Bremen, the treble winners from Italy informed the Green-Whites on Monday that they will give in and retroactively reduce the ticket prices from 60.50 Euro to 21.45 Euro.

All Werder fans who accompanied the team to Giuseppe Meazza Stadium can look forward to a 39.05 Euro refund. Werder Bremen will be writing soon to the fans who were in Milan with more information.
