Sebastian Prödl was able to return to team training Thursday afternoon after the Austrian had missed the last three days with a gastro-intestinal infection. And the 22-year-old said he will be fit for the game against Hannover. "I feel good. The infection is healed, and I will definitely be there on Saturday," said Prödl.
Tim Wiese on the other hand could not take part in training Thursday. The keeper received treatment on his back, but he has already made plans on returning to team training. "I would like to be back for the final training on Friday. If everything goes well, I will be on the pitch on Saturday," said Wiese. Head coach Thomas Schaaf saw improvement in Wiese’s health. "His condition has improved dramatically. You could see that the treatment has had its impact," said the coach.
Schaaf will name the final roster for the game in Hannover following the final training on Friday, 12 February 2010 at 3 p.m.
