The current scenario could hardly be better: VILSA and Werder Bremen, two brands which have worked together for more than 10 years in various areas, extended their partnership for three more seasons during the weekend's final Bundesliga home game of the season. But Werder Bremen's chances of winning the German DFB Cup and UEFA Cup were not the main reasons VILSA Brunnen executive partner Hennig Rodekohr decided to continue his involvement with the Bundesliga club. "Werder Bremen and VILSA are two brands which have an optimal rapport with one another. Werder and VILSA represent northern Germany and both brands are fresh and lively. From our point of view, this is an optimal partnership," said Rodekohr.
Werder manager Klaus Allofs, who symbolically for Bremen shook hands with Henning Rodekohr on the collaboration, was excited about the longstanding cooperation, saying: "It was no question for us that both sides continue this successful partnership."
VILSA Brunnen will therefore remain Werder Bremen's exclusive mineral water provider for the coming years. This includes all catering in the stadium as well as all of the club's teams. If one were to take the cases of all VILSA beverages drunken in the past years at Weser-Stadion and the adjoining training grounds and stack them next to each other, the chain would stretch from Bremen's Weser-Stadion to the VILSA Brunnen headquarters in Bruchhausen Vilsen.
