The German Football Federation (DFB) on Tuesday announced the exact scheduling for this season's German Cup semi-final games. Werder Bremen will play their away match against Hamburg on Wednesday, 22 April, 2009 at 8:30 p.m. at HSH Nordbank Arena. The North Derby will be broadcasted live on German public station ZDF as well as pay-TV channel Premiere. In addition, WERDER.TV will, as usual, offer preview and wrap-up reporting as well as a summary of the game.
The other semi-final will take place one day earlier, on Tuesday, 21 April 2009. The showdown between Bayer Leverkusen and Mainz will start at 8:30 p.m. and be shown live on German public station ARD and Premiere.
