Missing from the Borussia Mönchengladbach game besides the suspended Diego were also Jurica Vranjes and Daniel Jensen. Injuries kept both players from being considered for the team list against Gladbach. But both Vranjes and Jensen were back on the pitch Sunday morning for running drills. "I slipped at training on Tuesday and had problems since then in my hip. And it got much worse on Thursday," said Vranjes. "But it feels a lot better today. The running went okay."

But there were some limitations for the 28-year-old Vranjes. "I wasn't allowed to do the intensive runs because I still feel something on those. But if it doesn't worsen over night, then I think I can probably get back to team training on Tuesday," said the Croatian.

Daniel Jensen also practiced on Sunday for the first time since suffering an injury in Denmark's friendly against Greece on Wednesday. "It's gotten a lot better. I can run without any problems. But it still hurts when I shoot," said the Danish international. "The plan is to test it in shooting again tomorrow before practice. And if it's okay then I should be able to get back to team training tomorrow."

Aaron Hunt is also on the road to recovery. "Things are more or less good. Everything I do in training is pain-free. We have increased my training every day. Tomorrow I go to the doctor and we will decide when I can practice again with the team," said the 22-year-old attacker, who has been suffering from knee pain.
