Two days later on 9 January 2013 there will be the third place game (kick-off 4 p.m. Bremen time) or the final (7:30 p.m.) against either VfL Wolfsburg or Besiktas. Both matches will take place at the Mardan Palace Stadium in Kundur.
Werder will keep up their two-day rhythm with the third test of the winter training camp as Thomas Schaaf's team takes on Dutch top-flight side PEC Zwolle on 11 January 2013. The match will take place in Belek but no kick-off time has been set.
