Offer better football next season"
"I was very happy that the coach played me and gave me the minutes I got after the incident last week," said Arnautovic. The showing at Betzenberg was a step in the right direction for the 21-year-old. "I had not scored in a long time and therefore I am very happy about the goal. I hope that it continues like this and I can score more goals. Next season I want to really go after it."
The expectations for 2011-12 are very high. "I just have to see that I score, play well and bring my game," said Arnautovic, who along with the rest of the season can breathe a sigh of relief. "The season is over but we are still together another two weeks before we head into holidays. After that everyone has time to free their heads in order to do things better next year which did not go so well this season," said Arnautovic. Schaaf is not expecting a clear improvement from only Arnautovic next season but from the entire team. "We have to analyse the season, see what happened and how we reacted to it. Because we want to offer different football in the coming season," said Schaaf, who started looking forward to the future after the final whistle.
