Three weddings, two short holidays to Mykonos and Sardinia, and a visit to his Argentine hometown - the summer break has been full of travelling from day one for Werder man Santiago Garcia. It has been a real Odyssey recently for the left back with his girlfriend Carla.

‘Santi' admitted that would most like to go on holiday to Hawaii one day and go surfing, when he sat down recently for his ‘Four-Four-Two' interview just before breaking up for summer. Four personal questions, four questions on sporting matters and two unusual questions: In the third part of the series, WERDER.DE takes a closer look at another player from Werder's first team.

Four personal questions

# Three things, which I always take to a training camp...

"Mate-tea (traditional South American drink), of course. Also, I always take typical Argentine music like Cumbia or Sala with me, as well a computer with lots of series to watch. I started doing it around five years ago. I've definitely seen hundreds of series already. I'm currently watching the series ‘Scandal.'

# I'd like to swap a day in the life with...

"...Joaquin, a good friend of mine, who's a professional kite surfer. He's always at the beach, he can enjoy the weather and has a really nice life (laughs). I think I'd want to swap with him."

# Without Mate-tea...

"...I can't live!"

# Apart from football, Werder means...

"I find it hard to put it into words. Werder is actually like a family, and almost like a religion for many people in Bremen. You can really see it for yourself when you come here for the first time. I had this feeling immediately. Apart from football, a lot is done in town for social projects. I've always noticed that through various campaigns. Werder is, with everything it entails, very important for the people in Bremen."

Four sport related questions

# My favourite swapped shirt

"...is Miroslav Klose's from the game against Lazio. We won back then and I had a really good game. He came to me after the game and said: "Here is my shirt, you're a really good player." That was four years ago. I was young and it was a top feeling."

# If I had to swap positions with my twin brother...

"...my brother (goalkeeper at Club Atlético Rosario Central in Argentina) would probably cut the better figure. We actually swapped at Rosario once. I wasn't able to cope at all in goal and had to go off after ten minutes. My brother had a good game at left-back

# My childhood footballing hero was...

"It was always Diego Maradona when I was young. I think for all Argentines, actually for every footballer in the world, he is an idol. Perhaps he's gone a little off these days, but we Argentines forgive everything he says or does. He is our God. In my position, there's also Maxwell and Maicon nowadays. I really like their style of play."

# Fans for me, are...

"... very, very important. Without the fans, football is simply 22 people running around a ball. There's no atmosphere, it would be a completely different world. I don't think that you can completely block out the stadium as a player. Perhaps you're fully focused for 80, 85 minutes, but the atmosphere creeps in for five to ten minutes per game. You can't do anything against it."

Two unusual questions

# My favourite word in German is...

"...komisch (funny/strange)! We don't have this kind of word in Spanish at all, well at least in Argentina. It's just a ‘funny' word (laughs)."

# Pope Francis is to me...

"The catholic religion played a big role for me during my childhood. My family is very religious. I think it's very good what the Pope advocates for. He doesn't act like a Pope or a President, he doesn't speak formally, but rather like a completely normal person. Francis is a role model in my life."
