Central defender Sebastian Prödl will leave Bremen at the end of the season. His current contract expires at the end of the campaign and won't be renewing it. The Austrian has been at the club for seven years. The Austrian international has scored 10 times in 147 Bundesliga games as well as making six assists. He helped Bremen lift the DFB Cup in 2009.
