Viktor Skripnik was a busy man during today's press conference. Leaders FC Bayern München travel to the Weser-Stadion on Saturday on the back of a 7-0 Champions League victory over Shakhtar Donetsk. Skripnik has a lot of respect for the Bavarians but said that his side do not fear them.
"Those who are scared should stay in the changing room," said Skripnik ahead of the game. He wants his players to take inspiration from the last home match. "The Wolfsburg game was a great example of this. You don't get anywhere without courage," explained Skripnik, even though his side lost 5-3 against the Wolves. Bremen will continue to play the way they did in that home match on Saturday when they face Bayern. He added that when facing a such opponents "no motivation is needed (as) everyone is looking forward to the fixture."

Sporting director Thomas Eichin sees things the same way: "We need to forget about any fear and tension from the start. If you do this, there's a chance to beat your opponents. We're looking forward to it." The clash is a "dream" come true for the head coach.
"We've been working on playing without the ball," explained Skripnik, who was alluding to the fact that Bayern are renowned for keeping possession well. His players are "looking forward" to the game. Every ticket for the game has been sold.
