After three days rest, Viktor Skripnik's team took to the training pitch on Wednesday morning in preparation for the upcoming game against table toppers Bayern Munich.
Levent Aycicek was able to complete full team training after being sidelined for one and a half weeks with a knee injury. "I feel great; the short break did me the world of good. I'm no longer feeling any pain in my knee," said the 21-year-old, who yesterday completed an individual training session.

There were perfect conditions for training and a fantastic atmosphere amongst the squad. Alejandro Gálvez beamed with delight. The Spaniard was able to take to the training pitch at the Weser-Stadion again only a month after suffering a minor sydesmosis ligament tear in his right foot. The 25-year-old even completed some light exercises with the ball. The central defender spoke afterwards about how he was "very satisfied" and that it had been "a good first session."
The home match against Bayern Munich will come too soon for Gálvez however his teammates are incredibly excited ahead of the clash. "Getting the chance to play in games like this are one of the reasons you become a professional footballer," explained Zlatko Junuzovic. However, there will be no special preparation ahead of the game. "We're all going to watch their game against Donetsk tonight," revealed the Austrian, "but everything is the same as normal in training." The days off have not only recharged the players' batteries but also increased their level of excitement for the match. "We're all looking forward to the weekend," concluded Junuzovic.
