Max Kruse returns to the Weser

Germany international Max Kruse has returned to Werder Bremen. The 28-year old, who played for the club between 2006 and 2009 has transferred from VfL Wolfsburg with immediate effect. The news was confirmed by sporting director Frank Baumann on Tuesday afternoon. Kruse had completed a medical prior to the announcement.
