Thomas Delaney to move to Werder in the winter

Denmark international Thomas Delaney will move to SV Werder on 1st January, 2017. The 24-year-old midfielder will come to the Weser from FC Copenhagen. This was announced on Wednesday afternoon by Frank Baumann, sporting director. The fees involved are being kept under wraps.
