The DFL Commission spoke out in favour of increasing the number of substitutes from seven to nine at the beginning of the week. A decision is still to be made.

Dates for matchdays 15-21 confirmed

The DFL confirmed the dates for matchdays 15-21 on Wednesday morning. Five of Werder’s games will take place on Saturdays, with a couple of big games being chosen for the late kick-off at 18:30 CET. Werder to travel to Dortmund in DFB-Pokal

SV Werder will face Borussia Dortmund in the last 16 of the DFB-Pokal, with the game taking place in the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund. The draw was made on early Sunday evening.
